Scheduling:
Insurance Patients- Patients will need to call and request an insurance appointment. Patients are able to make same-day appointments for admission. Authorizers from insurance companies are more available Monday-Friday 8:00am-3:00pm. We try to schedule most appointments within that time frame; however, we can admit walk-in insurance patients 7 days a week until 9:00pm. This also applies to patients paying full fee.
From 65 South:
- Take Jefferson Street, Exit 136-C
- Turn SLIGHT LEFT onto E. JEFFERSON ST.
- Take the 1st LEFT onto S. 1ST ST.
- Take the 1st LEFT onto E. LIBERTY ST.
- Turn RIGHT onto S. PRESTON ST.
- Pass the UofL Dental School and JADAC will be on the corner of CHESTNUT and PRESTON ST.
From I-65 North
- Take EXIT 136-A toward BROADWAY/CHESTNUT ST.
- Stay STRAIGHT to go onto S BROOK ST.
- Turn RIGHT onto E. CHESTNUT ST.
- Pass Jewish, Norton and Kosair Children’s Hospitals. JADAC will be on the corner of CHESTNUT and PRESTON ST.
From I-71 South
- Merge onto I-65 S toward LOUISVILLE/NASHVILLE.
- Take the JEFFERSON ST. exit, EXIT 136
- Turn SLIGHT LEFT onto E. JEFFERSON ST.
- Take the 1st LEFT onto S. 1ST ST.
- Take the 1st LEFT onto E. LIBERTY ST.
- Turn RIGHT onto S. PRESTON ST.
- Pass UofL Dental School and JADAC will be on the corner of CHESTNUT and PRESTON ST.
Parking:
- There are parking meters located on Chestnut and Preston Street that are available and free after 6:00pm
- There is a Norton parking garage located next to JADAC on Preston Street on the right hand side of the street.
